Fiona is a brand strategist and insights professional with over 20 years of experience. She is a highly regarded qualitative researcher with a warm, empathic, collaborative style that encourages open, active, and unfiltered discussions. She is driven by a relentless curiosity about “the whys” behind behaviors and attitudes.
In 2013, Fiona founded Ready About, an insights consultancy focusing on delivering strategic, action-oriented brand guidance. Previously, she was Partner, Head of Qualitative Research at Hall & Partners, Chicago (an Omnicom Brand and Communications Research Consultancy).
Fiona holds an MBA with a specialty in International Marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a BS in Marketing from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She has instructed marketing and innovation at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim Graduate School of Business and has guest lectured at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and the Miami Ad School.
As a member of QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association), Fiona recently co-chaired the QRCA’s 2022 Annual Conference and is a current co-chair of QRCA’s B2B Special Interest Group.
Fiona is an avid sailor who enjoys teaching and racing on Lake Michigan as well as the waters around her hometown of Marblehead, MA.
